Nika's Jackson Hole Invitational Ice Skating Competition 2010

It was very special to be with Nika for 5 days and have one on one time . We had walked around own the first day we got there . Mom got the blisters and Nika was wiped out tierd . She was glad to find little something for her brothers and sisters to take home . Second day was filled with practices and two competition events in which she got both 3rd places . We finished the day with swimming and a nice dinner with skating friends . Day number three was very fun we got our nails done and then headed to the ice rink to cheer on Nika's friends .

  

It was fun to shop around and visit the museum before we had to leave .

Next competition is in Boise in june and after that she will go to training camp in CA.

She is verrrrrry exited .

October , was time for Nika's regionals in Oregon and mom's first traffic ticket ( in Oregon )Nika loves this girls . They are such a good sweet support for her . They giggled all the way home (11 hours worth ). I did enjoyed ther company , truly .

Look at this one . Yes it is our girl Novalee finally gother chance at playing hockey .What a joy to watch her play !

And then , was time for Sun Valley getaway . It was so  beautiful out ther .

Sleding was a hit  .Thanks to Dad (for pushing and spining) !!!!!!

Nika got some opportunity to practice skating in 12F weather and on outside rink ( I have asked her to go on the inside one but she didn't) BRRRRRR !!!!

And then it was time for a mom's and dad's getaway to New York

Just in time to lite up a tree at the Rockefeller Center .

Saks Fifth Avenue Building . We just went in to look that is all we can afford at that place. Surprisingly it was packed in there.

Some how I forgot that we had another adventure between there it is a Thanksgiving in Florida. First we stopped at the Nickelodeon Hotel in Orlando ( that is family favorite spot since Nika was 2 years old) .

Feeding dolphins is such amazing experience

We had a wheelchair experience after Novalee fell down some stairs and possibly fractured a couple of ribs.  However they only give you a wheelchair to get out of the park, otherwise you have to rent one!  So we evaded the wheelchair patrol for a while to finish up.

Nobody would ride the Manta with Russ, hanging in mid air, wonder why!  But he loved it just the same.  He even tried to pay one of the kids to 'fly' with him!

The smile says it all!

Can you imagine if they had this stuff when we were kids?  I would've never left!  The kids had a blast, and we've decided that Nickolodean Hotel Orlando Rocks!

We had a visitor one morning ..... Wow ! we got him a breakfast too .
